Winter Pick Me Up…Wenham Museum is 95 Years Old!

Winter is in full effect in the Hamilton Wenham area. If you’ve caught cabin fever this winter or are so depressed after the Patriots Super Bowl loss and are ready to get out of the house- we have plenty in store for you and your families!

Did you know that the Wenham Museum is turning 95 this year? They’re hosting a very special party to celebrate end of March. The event will be held at the Community House and they will have pizza, snacks, crafts and LIVE entertainment. We will be sending out an Evite closer to the date, but in the meantime we will be raising funds on their behalf. Many of you may not know that the museum is a non-profit and it is funded primarily by private donations. Their current donor base is aging out and they’re hoping to reach out to the younger generations to drum up support. The HWMC has decided to start a GoFundMe page on their behalf. It’s a great way to give back to a local institution that we all love and is in need of our help. The HWMC has committed to match your donations up to $1000. Let’s keep the trains running for another 95 years!
