The holiday season is in full swing and we are feeling festive as ever! The Mother’s Club has lots in store this December for you and your littles to keep busy and warm and get into the spirit of the season.
Thanks to all of you for your generous support of our Thanksgiving Drive for Acord! ‘Tis the season to give back and Community Outreach has done a beautiful job outlining the many ways you can provide for those in need this holiday season. The Mother’s Club is sponsoring families in need this winter, if you’re interested in getting involved please reach out to Catherine and Michelle.
Mom’s Night Out put together a wonderful shop night at Curtsy of Salem, hopefully you were able to cross some gifts off of your lists while noshing and sipping on delicious treats! Mom’s and Dad’s Nut out continue to have great showings, no big surprise there! Earlier this week, we had a great time at our wreath-making event!
The BAC fitness challenge is finally over for those who participated so we are thrilled to have our drinking buddies back for December. Congrats to all the big losers!
Thank you to all who made it to Iron Rail in November for the children’s event! Always a good way to burn off that extra energy. Holiday Crafting for the little ones is around the corner so keep your eyes out for your invitation.
Book-club had an exciting guest at this month’s meeting; Kimberly McCreight, Author of Reconstructing Amelia, joined via skype! So great! The ladies of Enrichment are also putting together a gift-guide to save us all from the extra stress of choosing the perfect gift- thank you to everyone who contributed ideas for this guide.
Those of you adventuring out with Ingrid had a great time mountain-biking at the end of October; keep your eyes out for the next Adventure Mom’s excursion coming up in January, and for a closer-to-home workout Tight Tush Tuesday meets every week at Appleton Farm.
